We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead and strengthen our accounts function across all 6 properties, setting up proper systems and ensuring smooth, compliant financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and standardise Tally-based accounting systems across all 6 properties
Ensure timely statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and coordination with our CA/auditor
Review and approve vendor payments, salary disbursals, and bank reconciliations
Guide, train, and review the work of the accounts team across properties
Provide management with regular financial summaries and reports Requirements:
6–10 years of experience in accounting, hospitality background preferred
Solid hands-on Tally ERP/Prime knowledge, multi-location experience a plus
Solid working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Ability to work independently across multiple properties, some travel required
