Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Accounts & Finance to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in import and export documentation, financial management, compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all accounting and financial operations of the organization
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and audits
- Handle import and export documentation, including LC, bill of lading, shipping documents, customs compliance, and foreign remittances
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks
- Lead and mentor the accounts & finance team

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting,



or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to import/export processes
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and international trade finance
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling international transactions and forex management
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
