Role Description The Finance Account Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations, including GST.

The Finance Account

Officer will handle invoicing, vendor and client accounts, and support budgeting and cost tracking for different business units. The individual will collaborate with internal teams, assist in audits,



generate financial analyses and reports for management, and help improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

Strong accounting skills, including proficiency in Accounting and preparation of Financial Statements.

Solid Finance knowledge with hands-on experience in Financial Reporting and basic financial analysis.

Practical understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other relevant tax and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, reports, and reconciliations.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.

Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in office.

Prior experience in engineering, consulting, or trading sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
