Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance & Account Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. The Finance & Account Executive prepares and reviews financial statements, monitors cash flow, and supports budgeting and forecasting activities.

The position includes overseeing GST compliance, coordinating tax filings, and ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations. The role also supports account management and sales teams with financial data, invoicing, and reports,



and collaborates with internal stakeholders to enhance financial processes and controls. Qualifications

1-3 years of experience.

Candidates should possess strong Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Candidates should possess expertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST), including compliance, returns, and regulatory reporting.

Candidates should possess the ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and customer/vendor account tracking.

Candidates should possess familiarity with Sales-related financial processes, including invoicing, credit management, and revenue tracking.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in office.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
