Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Trainer to support the Learning & Development function, with a primary focus on delivering in-store experience training to employees joining the center. The role is responsible for building process discipline among new joiners, training employees to organizational standards, and serving as a liaison between tech teams and business teams to ensure training remains grounded in operational reality. Beyond in-store experience training, the role also contributes to broader L&D; initiatives such as content design, program rollouts, and other learning priorities as assigned.

Responsibilities

- Deliver in-store experience training - design and conduct structured training sessions for all new employees joining the center, covering both tech and non-tech functions, on customer experience, service standards, and store-level context.

- Own process and SOP rollout - train teams on new processes, systems, and standard operating procedures, ensuring consistent understanding across functions.

- Develop business acumen - maintain a thorough working knowledge of store operations to ensure training content remains accurate and operationally relevant for both tech and non-tech audiences.

- Coordinate across functions - collaborate with tech teams to understand recent tools and systems, and with business teams to understand priorities, translating both into effective training.

- Conduct field assessments - visit stores and center locations on a regular basis, evaluate training effectiveness against standards, and report findings to L&D; and business stakeholders.





- Track training effectiveness - monitor training outcomes against store performance and experience metrics, and refine content based on results.

- Maintain training materials - develop and update playbooks, job aids, and refresher modules for use by managers and teams post-training.

- Support wider L&D; initiatives - contribute to other learning & development programs, content design, and organization-wide training rollouts as required.

Skills Required

- 4-7 years of experience in retail training, in-store experience, or field/process training roles.

- Proven track record designing and delivering training for employees across both tech and non-tech functions.

- Comfort learning fast-moving store and business operations and translating them into simple, actionable training. Strong stakeholder skills - able to work fluidly with tech teams, operations, and business teams.

- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with credibility across varied employee groups.

Good to have

- Certification in training/instructional design

- Prior exposure to retail tech rollouts (POS, inventory, or store apps).

- Experience building digital/blended learning content alongside in-person training.
