Shyamoli Paribahan Private Limited is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Field Training Manager to design,

implement and evaluate skill-development initiatives for frontline and ground-level employees who interact directly or indirectly with passengers.

The position will be part of the Learning & Development wing of the Human Resources Department and will focus on improving passenger-service standards across the organisation. The trainer will work extensively with blue-collar and frontline employees, including bus attendants, lounge in-charges, query desk executives, drivers, bus cleaners and technicians.

The primary objective is to improve the end-to-end passenger experience and positively influence passenger ratings and reviews on online ticket-booking platforms such as redBus, AbhiBus, MakeMyTrip and other OTA platforms. This is a field-

oriented role requiring regular visits to buses, boarding points, lounges, counters, workshops and operating locations.





- Key Purpose of the Role

- Identify behavioural, service and skill gaps among frontline employees.
- Develop practical solutions for closing identified skill gaps.
- Prepare training budgets, calendars, execution plans and implementation schedules.
- Conduct classroom, field-based, on-the-job and refresher training programmes.
- Create separate training interventions for different employee categories.
- Monitor employee behaviour after training and measure impact through passenger ratings, complaints, feedback, operational

observations and performance data.
- Establish a skilled, disciplined and passenger-oriented service culture across all operating locations.
