Role Description The Field Services Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru & Chennai. The individual in this role will install, commission, and maintain Twin Engineers’ dispensing and fluid filling equipment at customer locations, ensuring reliable operation and adherence to technical specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and providing timely technical support to reduce downtime.

The Field Services





Engineer will interact directly with customers to understand application needs, train operators and maintenance teams, and document service activities and reports. This role also involves collaborating with internal engineering and product teams to relay field feedback, support upgrades, and contribute to continuous improvement of equipment and service processes.

Qualifications Demonstrated experience in field service and on-site equipment installation, commissioning, and servicing.

Robust troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and automation/control systems.

Background in technical support, including remote and on-site assistance, documentation, and escalation handling.

Experience performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and performance checks on industrial machinery.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.

Willingness to travel to customer sites, sometimes at short notice, and work in industrial environments.

Proficiency with basic diagnostic tools, measurement instruments, and MS Office for reporting.

Prior experience in automation, robotics, dispensing, or automotive manufacturing environments is an advantage.
