Field Sales Executive – B2B Sales

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance

SBM Traders is a leading supplier of signage and advertising materials, serving printing presses, sign makers, advertising agencies, and branding companies. We deal in premium flex media, self-adhesive vinyl, ACP sheets, acrylic sheets, LED modules, display solutions, and other signage materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit existing and prospective customers across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, and nearby areas.
- Generate new business by identifying and approaching printing presses, sign makers, advertising agencies, and fabrication businesses.
- Build long-term customer relationships and increase repeat business.
- Present products, explain specifications, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the office team for quotations, order processing, and deliveries.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits and sales activities.
- Follow up on quotations and pending orders.




- Support payment follow-ups with customers when required.

Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma holder (any stream).
- 0–3 years of sales experience (B2B experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to travel locally.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Candidates
- Experience in signage, printing, hardware, building materials, industrial products, or FMCG sales.
- Familiarity with the Tricity market.

- 15–20 customer visits per day.
- 5–8 new customer meetings daily.
- Monthly sales target achievement.
- New customer acquisition.
- Customer retention and repeat orders.
- Timely reporting through CRM or Excel.
