Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential business clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social media messaging (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Promote Raya AI's AI agent solutions (WhatsApp Agent, Call Agent, Sales Agent, Marketing Agent, and more) to target industries
- Create and post promotional banners, videos, and content on social media platforms to generate inbound interest
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and manage follow-ups until closure
- Convert leads into paying customers by clearly communicating product value and handling objections
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and conversions (CRM/spreadsheet tracking)
- Coordinate with the founder/product team to relay client feedback and requirements
- Meet and exceed monthly lead-generation and conversion targets

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or tech/SaaS sales




- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and social media-based prospecting
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / social media promotion (creating or scheduling posts)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, or similar prospecting tools is a plus
