Key Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom Industry in in Practical Geospatial
- Technical proficiency in Geographic Information Systems

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and verify address data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
- Implement address-related processes and maintain the integrity of the National Address Database.
- Experience maintaining large address databases in the private or public sector
- Perform TLS Address Matching and resolve address discrepancies.
- Conduct Geospatial Data Analysis using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools and spatial datasets.
- Utilize SpatialNet, ELMS, and Nearmap for address validation, mapping, and geospatial analysis.
- Review and perform Quality Assurance (QA) on address data and outputs from Address Administrators.




- Prepare and generate Address Reports, including Ready for Service (RFS) and Proposed for Service reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain, update, and manage large address databases from multiple organizational data sources.
- Analyze and improve Data Integrity, ensuring adherence to addressing and metadata standards.
- Act as the First Point of Escalation for address-related queries and issue resolution.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments and stakeholders to resolve Access Seeker and addressing inquiries.
- Interpret and work with Cadastral Data, Land Titles, Property Legislation, and spatial information.
- Utilize Database Management skills to support address maintenance and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with NBN Co Policies, Procedures, and Safety Standards.
- Follow Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements by using equipment safely and maintaining a risk-free work environment.
- Deliver high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
- Support training and mentoring of team members on geospatial and addressing processes.
- Demonstrate robust communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining 100% accountability, reliability, and commitment to deliverables.
