Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology, Product, and Corporate roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and drive timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidates through the offer-to-joining lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory experience hiring for Technology, Product, and Corporate roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
