Urgent Hiring Business Development Manager (BDM)

Industry: Credit Card / Financial Services

Payroll: Randstad India Pvt. Ltd.

Locations: Guwahati, Nagaon, Lakhimpur, Tezpur, Itanagar, Tripura

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate / MBA

Experience: 3–4 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Banking, Financial Services, or Marketing domain)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: As per last drawn (industry standards)

Performance-based incentives

Provident Fund (PF) & ESIC benefits

Travel Allowance (TA) for official work

Additional Requirement

Two-wheeler is mandatory for field work

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential customers to promote credit card products

Generate leads and ensure high conversion rates





Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently

Guide customers through the credit card application process

Handle and manage corporate salary account clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Required Skills

Proven sales experience (preferred)

Solid lead generation and conversion ability

Excellent convincing and negotiation skills

Good communication skills in English and regional language

Ability to handle corporate clients professionally
