Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Cloud, Data Center, Networking, and IT Infrastructure solutions. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and experienced professionals with relevant pre-sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer business and technical requirements.

- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, solution documents, and BOMs.

- Assist in designing Cloud, Dedicated Server, Colocation, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Email, and Storage solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.

- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

- Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners for pricing and solution validation.

- Work closely with the Sales team throughout the sales cycle.

- Assist in Proof of Concept (POC) activities when required.

- Prepare solution architecture diagrams and implementation plans.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

- Provide technical support during customer meetings.

Required Skills





- Basic understanding of Cloud Computing (Public, Private & Hybrid Cloud)

- Knowledge of Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, or KVM)

- Windows Server & Linux Administration

- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, Firewall)

- Backup Solutions (Acronis, Veeam, Vembu) – Basic knowledge preferred

- Storage Technologies (NAS, SAN, Object Storage)

- Microsoft 365 & Email Solutions

- Datacenter Infrastructure

- Cybersecurity fundamentals

- Good communication, presentation, and documentation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education

- B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication) preferred.

- BCA, MCA, B.Sc./M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) candidates are also eligible.

- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, CCNA, VMware, RHCSA, Microsoft, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 0–3 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales/Technical Support/System Administration/Cloud or IT Infrastructure.

- Freshers with good technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
