About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic graduates who want to build a career in the US Healthcare industry. The selected candidates will receive structured training in Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable (AR) before handling live healthcare processes. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to enter a fast-growing industry with long-term growth opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesMedical Billing

- Create and submit medical claims to insurance companies.
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
- Review claims for completeness and accuracy.
- Correct claim errors before submission.
- Understand CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes (training will be provided).
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Follow HIPAA and company compliance guidelines.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied claims.
- Analyze denials and identify root causes.
- Resolve claim rejections through appropriate corrections.
- Coordinate with internal teams to expedite claim resolution.




- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Update claim status and notes in the billing system.
- Meet daily productivity targets.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate)
- B.Sc., B.Pharma, M.Pharma, Biotechnology, BPT, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, Life Sciences graduates preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Quick learner with good analytical skills.
