Job Summary

This Finance & Accounts role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, costing support, taxation, and internal controls. The role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with statutory regulations, and timely management reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Accounting
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Budgeting & MIS
- Monitor key financial KPIs.
- Costing & Inventory
- Payroll & Fixed Assets
- Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Production, Purchase, HR, Stores, and Sales.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)





CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred (added advantage)

Experience

610 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

Minimum 3 years in an automobile or auto-component manufacturing industry.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
