We are looking for a sincere and enthusiastic HR Recruiter / Placement Coordinator to join our recruitment consultancy in Thalore, Thrissur.

Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Thalore, Thrissur will be preferred.

Experience: Min 2 years Recruitment experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities

* Source and screen candidates for various job openings.

* Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.

* Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly.

* Handle recruitment documentation and placement coordination.

* Build and maintain good relationships with candidates.

Preferred candidate profile:

* Female candidates .

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

* Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.

* Age: Up to 40 years.

* Trustworthy, responsible, and willing to learn.

* Proficient in Hindi and Malayalam and English .

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).

* Positive attitude

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 5:30 PM

* Saturday: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM

* Sunday: Weekly Off
