Location: Greater Noida West (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Shift Timings: 12Noon to 9PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Global Sales Associate to join our admissions and sales team. The ideal candidate will counsel prospective students and parents, understand their academic requirements, conduct online demo sessions, and convert qualified leads into enrollments. Candidates should possess excellent communication, strong sales aptitude, and a passion for helping learners achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding K-12 learning programs.
- Understand learners' academic needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and social media platforms.
- Schedule and conduct online demo sessions for prospective learners.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them throughout the admission process.
- Address objections professionally and negotiate to close enrollments.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience from inquiry to successful enrollment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- 12 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Admission Counselling, or Education Sales.
- Experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
