Are you a passionate recruiter with experience in Non-IT hiring, especially in Insurance and Tours & Travel Sales? We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across Insurance, Tours & Travel, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations
Source quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures
Schedule interviews, manage offer rollouts, and maintain a seamless candidate experience
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring reports

Requirements:




Minimum 25 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
Proven experience hiring for Insurance, Tours & Travel, Sales, or similar customer-facing roles
Strong sourcing and screening skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment

Experience: 2–5 Years
