- Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer demands and company goals.
- Manage shop floor operations, ensuring effective use of resources, minimizing downtime, and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor production performance metrics such as productivity, efficiency, and cost control to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in a similar role in the auto components industry.
- Strong understanding of manpower handling, shift planning, and production planning principles.
- Excellent shop floor management skills with ability to motivate team members towards achieving targets.
