Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the companys accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and budgeting functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate accounting, statutory compliance, and financial controls to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and oversee the accounts team.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure accurate maintenance of ledgers, journals, and books of accounts.

- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

- Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.

2. Taxation & Compliance

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

- Ensure timely filing of returns and tax payments.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal teams.

- Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.

3. Payroll & Vendor Payments

- Verify payroll data for salary processing and statutory deductions.

- Approve vendor payments, commission payouts, and reimbursements.

- Monitor payment schedules and due dates.

4. Budgeting & MIS

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.





- Generate MIS reports for management review.

- Support decision-making through financial insights and cost analysis.

- Track project-wise profitability and expenses.

5. Real Estate Specific Accounting

- Maintain project-wise accounting and cost allocation.

- Track sales collections, brokerage payouts, and customer receivables.

- Monitor RERA-related financial documentation and compliance.

- Handle inventory / booking-related financial records.

6. Audit & Internal Controls

- Coordinate internal and statutory audits.

- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.

- Develop and strengthen financial control systems.

- Identify risks and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

- Bachelors degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting

- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience preferred

- Experience in real estate / construction industry preferred

Skills Required

- Robust knowledge of accounting standards and taxation

- Expertise in GST, TDS, MIS, and audit processes

- Excellent Excel and accounting software knowledge

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Good communication and team management skills

Preferred Software Knowledge

- Tally / ERP

- MS Excel (Advanced)

- Payroll software

- Real estate CRM / ERP systems
