The Deputy Manager Employee Engagement will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating employee engagement programs that foster a positive work workplace, improve employee satisfaction, and strengthen organizational culture. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, cultural programs, and recognition activities.
- Drive employee recognition and rewards programs to promote appreciation and motivation.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend action plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead communication initiatives that enhance transparency and employee participation.
- Manage onboarding engagement activities for new hires to ensure a positive joining experience.
- Coordinate CSR, volunteering, and community engagement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to organize town halls, leadership connect sessions, and team-building activities.
- Track engagement metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Identify innovative practices and industry trends to continuously enhance employee engagement.
