Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the Payments domain. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of developing process flows and working with ISO15022 and ISO20022 messaging standards. This role requires a deep understanding of interfacing and API requirements, as well as experience in Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The candidate will play a crucial role in product implementation and may also be involved in migration projects.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document requirements for payment systems.
- Develop and maintain process flows to ensure clarity and efficiency in payment operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to ISO15022 and ISO20022 messages.
- Engage with stakeholders to define interfacing and API requirements for payment solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the SDLC process to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Assist in product implementation,



ensuring alignment with business needs and technical specifications.
- Support migration efforts by analyzing existing systems and recommending improvements.
- Utilize tools such as Confluence and JIRA for documentation and project tracking.
- Provide basic SQL support for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Mandatory Skills:

- Extensive experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of process flows in the Payments domain.
- Hands-on experience with ISO15022 and ISO20022 messaging standards.
- Familiarity with interfacing and API requirements.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and SDLC.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with product implementation tools.
- Migration project experience.
- Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA.
- Basic SQL knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies are a plus.
