Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Field Sales
Working Days: 6 Days a Week / 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard property owners onto the NoBroker platform.
Connect with customers through company-provided leads, outbound calls, and follow-ups.
Conduct property visits with property owners and prospective buyers.
Verify properties and capture property photos for accurate listings.
Educate property owners about NoBroker Premium services and subscription plans.
Negotiate deals and facilitate successful closures.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Update sales activities in the CRM system and achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience (Mandatory)
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field visits and customer interactions
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Candidates with experience in Banking, Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance, Real Estate, Telecom, Automobile, FMCG, or Direct Sales are encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits
Take-home Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and previous take-home salary)
Attractive performance-based incentives
Petrol reimbursement: ₹5.15 per km
