Our field sales team drives hyper-local growth by building trusted partnerships with businesses—from kirana stores to mid-market firms—helping them adopt smarter, scalable communication tech that boosts efficiency and customer engagement.

Role & Responsibilities Target and onboard new SME clients across assigned urban/rural territories using door-to-door, B2B outreach, and partner-led referral models.

Conduct product demos, pitch value propositions, and close deals for cloud telephony, IVR, and contact center solutions with clear ROI messaging.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners, channel partners, and resellers to drive repeat and upsell revenue.

Meet aggressive monthly sales targets with a focus on conversion rate, deal size, and customer retention metrics.

Collect market feedback, competitor intel, and pricing insights to refine sales strategy and product positioning.





Coordinate with internal support and tech teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale handoffs.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have:

Proven field sales experience in telecom, SaaS, or B2B tech solutions (1–3 years)

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of hitting targets

Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)

Comfortable with face-to-face client presentations and objection handling

Fluency in local regional language + English

Valid two-wheeler license and own transport (necessary for in office travel)

Preferred

Previous experience selling cloud telephony, contact center, or unified communications tools

Familiarity with basic telecom jargon (IVR, DID, SIP trunking, etc.)
