Role Description The Field Sales Executive internship at MithilaRam™ is a hybrid role based in Jaipur, with a mix of on-ground market work and some work-from-home responsibilities. Interns will visit retail outlets, distributors, and potential partners to introduce MithilaRam™ products, support product placement, and gather market feedback.

They will assist in executing local sales campaigns, sampling activities, and brand promotions to strengthen visibility and drive product trials. The role includes maintaining basic sales records, sharing regular updates with the sales team,



and supporting customer relationship efforts. This internship offers hands-on exposure to FMCG field sales and brand-building in a growing premium snack category.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage retailers, distributors, and consumers effectively.
- Candidates should possess basic sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills to support product placement and conversions.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to plan routes, maintain records, and report activities consistently.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and customer service skills to address on-ground issues and support positive customer experiences.
- Interest in FMCG, food and beverage, or premium snack brands, with the ability to learn quickly in dynamic market environments.
- Comfort with fieldwork in and around Jaipur, including local travel, and readiness for a hybrid work setup.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English, with basic digital literacy for using smartphones, spreadsheets, or easy CRM tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
