Position: Field Sales Executive

Salary:Up to ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote our Skill Development Courses and Degree Programs, generate admissions, and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations to promote Skill Development Courses and Degree Programs.
- Generate leads and convert them into admissions.
- Conduct career guidance sessions and educational awareness visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Management, Teachers, and Counselors.
- Promote institutional tie-ups and student enrollment campaigns.
- Distribute brochures, promotional materials, and explain course perks.
- Follow up with prospective students, parents, and institutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Submit daily visit reports and lead updates to the management.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Field sales or marketing experience is preferred.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally.
