KrishiDukan is a rapidly growing AgriTech platform connecting farmers, retailers, distributors, and manufacturers across Maharashtra. Along with building a digital marketplace for agriculture, we also manufacture and market high-quality agricultural products under our Karan Arjun brand. As we expand into Ahilyanagar, we're looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to grow our retailer network and strengthen our product presence in the region. Key Responsibilities
Visit agriculture retailers, dealers, and distributors across Ahilyanagar and nearby areas.
Onboard retailers onto the KrishiDukan platform.
Promote and sell Karan Arjun agricultural products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and distributors.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure excellent retailer support. Requirements
1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or agriculture sales.
Experience in agrochemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, or agricultural inputs is preferred.
Positive communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Comfortable travelling extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about building customer relationships.
