? Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the Industrial safety & Fire Fighting equipment’s sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of fire and safety products/services through effective marketing strategies.

? Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.

Marketing & Promotion

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Create promotional materials, digital content, and client-focused proposals.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers,



consultants, and contractors.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism.

Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.

Provide feedback to management for product development and strategic planning.

?️ Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in any Streams, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

0–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in fire & safety equipment or industrial products.

Freshers

Also welcome.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Technical understanding of fire and safety products (PPE, extinguishers, alarms, suppression systems, etc.) is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
