What You'll Do

- Generate and own your own sales end to end. There are no lead-callers and no handoffs . You qualify, you nurture, you run the site visit, you close, and you follow through after

- Understand each customer's real requirement, budget, timeline, priorities, before recommending anything

- Build long-term trust, not one-time transactions. Buyers remember who was honest with them

- Prepare for and personally run site visits

- Maintain complete, accurate CRM records for every lead you own, nothing falls through the cracks

- Represent the company and the customer's interest simultaneously, in every builder interaction

- Keep your numbers, your quarterly sales count and inventory value, visibly tied to your own performance, always

Who Should Apply

- Real Estate Background: 1-5 years with channel partners, already familiar with builder sales and site visits, evaluated heavily on integrity, ownership,



and the ability to unlearn old habits.

- Integrity that cannot be compromised. No cheating, no hoodwinking the customer or the company, ever!

- High ability to learn, and just as important, the ability to unlearn bad habits from past sales experience

- Comfortable with ambiguity: You will build your own playbook in the field, not follow a script handed to you.

- Down-to-earth. Cockiness shows up in results, not attitude with the founder, with customers, or with the team, it will not be tolerated
