Role Description

The Field Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and promote automation solutions and control systems to industrial and mobile equipment manufacturers. Daily activities include conducting client visits and technical presentations, understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable products and systems, and coordinating with internal engineering and design teams to develop tailored solutions. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, supporting project execution, and ensuring timely after-sales support and customer satisfaction.



The Field Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales reports, and contribute to sales strategies and revenue growth. Qualifications-

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills to understand customer applications and recommend appropriate automation solutions.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, handle pipelines, and achieve assigned targets.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, manage key accounts, and ensure ongoing customer support.
- Beneficial qualifications include a degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
- Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, field-bus technologies (e.g., CAN Bus, Ethernet-based protocols), and basic programming or configuration of controllers.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, along with a willingness to travel to customer sites, are highly desirable.
- 3 to 5 years experience in technical sales & field engineering within industrial or mobile automation sectors is essential.

Location- To be based in the western region and northern region.
