We are hiring Field Recruiters / Mobilizers who can do blue-collar bulk hiring for roles like:

Loader, Packer, Picker, Sorter, Unloader, Data Entry Operator, ITI Profiles.

Key Responsibility:

- Field recruitment mandatory
- Mist be able to Source candidates from villages, panchayats, institutes, local areas

. Must have done blue collar hiring, bulk hiring, warehouse hiring

Eligibility:

- Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
- Experience: 6months- 4years ,

Experienced in blue-collar hiring

- Bike: Mandatory
- Gender: Male / Female both can apply

? Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Mandate Details:

Job Location - Howrah District

Mainly for Ranihati, Dhulagarh, Uluberia, Bally.

Designation - Mobilizor/Recruiter

Experience holder should have blue collar hiring knowledge.

Must have done hiring for Packer, Picker, Sorter, Loader, Un-Loader, Data Entry Operator, ITI Profiles

Bike - Mandatory

Qualification - Minimum 10th passed

Salary - 14k to 23k.

Gender - Male/Female

Field Visit(Mandatory) - Source candidates from villages/Panchayet/Institutes etc.
