Role Description The Field Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Vizianagaram, responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring frontline and operational staff for Ekart Logistics. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with local employment sources, conducting interviews and assessments, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities from candidate outreach to onboarding.

The role involves partnering with operations and HR teams to understand workforce requirements, plan recruitment drives, and ensure staffing levels meet business needs.

The Field

Recruiter will maintain candidate databases, track hiring metrics,



and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations. This position also requires building strong relationships with candidates and community partners to support continuous talent pipeline development.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience in field or volume recruitment.
- Ability to coordinate recruitment drives, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles, deadlines, and changing hiring priorities.
- Working knowledge of basic HR practices, local labor regulations, and ethical recruiting standards.
- Comfort with using recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and mobile or web-based applications for tracking and reporting.
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or high-volume operations hiring is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Vizianagaram, travel locally as needed, and adapt to quick-paced operational environments.
