SS Infra Services India Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Field Officer to join our team as an Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for working on-site in Secunderabad to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities services. Field Officer

1. Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations at assigned sites to ensure compliance with company standards.
2. Staff Management: Coordinate, schedule, and monitor the performance of blue-collar staff such as cleaners, security personnel, and technicians.
3. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address concerns and maintain satisfaction.
4. Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, statutory norms, and company policies.

Inspection and Reporting: Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on operations and maintenance.
6. Inventory Control: Manage and maintain adequate stock of consumables and supplies at sites.
7. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted services.
8. Training & Development: Organize and conduct training sessions for on-ground staff to improve skills and efficiency.
9. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for services like pest control, landscaping, or equipment repair.
10. Budget Management: Monitor site budgets and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
