Quantum Global is an AI & Automation company building cutting-edge software, AI, robotics, and hardware solutions. We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual to act as our on-ground representative for prototype development and vendor coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, coordinating with vendors, travelling across Bangalore, and ensuring work gets completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Quantum Global during meetings with fabrication and manufacturing vendors.
- Travel regularly to manufacturing areas in Bengaluru and other industrial areas across Bangalore.
- Explain project requirements using drawings and documentation provided by the company.
- Coordinate with CNC, laser cutting, fabrication, machining, electronics, and prototype vendors.
- Follow up on quotations, manufacturing progress, timelines, and deliveries.
- Capture photos and videos of ongoing work and submit daily updates.
- Collect manufactured parts and deliver them when required.
- Report daily progress directly to the Founder with clear updates.
- Escalate technical questions whenever required.





Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Kannada and English speaking preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Comfortable travelling daily across Bangalore, especially Peenya and other manufacturing aread.
- Honest, organised, and dependable.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic Microsoft Office.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred
- Experience in operations, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or vendor coordination is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 20,00022,000 per month (based on experience).
- Petrol reimbursement.
- Daily lunch allowance.
- Opportunity to work closely with the Founder and gain hands-on exposure to AI, robotics, and product development.

Location Bengaluru (Daily travel across Bangalore with frequent visits to Peenya.)
