Responsibilities: Verify drivers’ local addresses and documents Onboard and train current drivers Track attendance, login hours, trips, and performance Handle daily driver communication and operational issues Ensure drivers achieve daily revenue and trip targets Support vehicle handover, servicing, breakdowns, and replacements Maintain daily reports and driver records Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in field operations or driver management Good communication and coordination skills Comfortable with field visits and mobile applications Knowledge of four-wheeler driving with a valid driving licence is preferred Two-wheeler ownership is preferred
