As we expand our footprint across Bengaluru's dynamic premium residential sectors, we are looking for a high-energy, well-networked Field Marketing Executive to bridge the gap between top-tier residential developments and our design studio. Role Overview
As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be the face of The Unique Story on the ground. Your primary mission will be to generate high-quality leads for residential interior projects by leveraging your existing connections with real estate developers, property managers, and resident welfare associations (RWAs). This is a highly collaborative, on-field role requiring local market intelligence and exceptional relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities
Developer & Builder Alliances: Establish, maintain, and nurture strong working relationships with real estate developers, site managers, and sales teams across major residential projects in Bengaluru.
On-Field Lead Generation: Conduct regular field visits to upcoming premium apartment complexes, villa communities, and handover sites to identify prospective interior design clients.
Market Intelligence: Map out active and upcoming residential project handovers in key premium pockets of Bengaluru.
B2B2C Networking: Connect with local communities, channel partners, and resident groups to set up exclusive structural partnerships, kiosks, or promotional events for our brand.
Client Interfacing: Act as the first touchpoint for premium homeowners on-site, introducing them to our design philosophy and successfully booking consultation appointments for our design team.
Pipeline Management:
Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and maintain data tracking of site handovers and developer contacts.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven field marketing or business development experience explicitly within the residential interior design or premium residential real estate sectors.
Strong Network: You must have an active, established network of connects with real estate developers, builders, or channel partners in Bengaluru.
Local Market Expert: Deep familiarity with Bengaluru’s residential geography, hot construction hubs, and premium community layouts.
Communication Skills: Fluency in English and English-adjacent corporate communication is required; proficiency in Kannada or other regional languages is highly advantageous for on-field networking.
Mobility: Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel extensively across site locations in Bengaluru.
Soft Skills: High professional integrity, a highly persistent "go-getter" attitude, and exceptional persuasive presentation skills.
