Company: Centre for Development Orientation and Training (CDOT), Patna, Bihar Job Position: Field Officer – Financial Inclusion Location: Vadodara / Ahmedabad (Gujarat) & Gorakhpur / Mau (Uttar Pradesh) Experience: 3–5 years relevant experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified below.

Roles and Responsibilities - Liaising with banks for the locations where BCs are required.

- Relationship building with banks.
- Accountability for BCA deployment and its proper functioning.
- Training and coordination with BCs and ensuring the set target.
- Responsible for support to BCAs on technical issues.
- Documentation of BCA appointment, bank letter, current mandate details and any other documents.
- Collection of security deposit and other payments as prescribed by CDOT.




- Monitoring BCs on a daily basis and reporting progress to the Operations Manager / Head Office.
- Performing any other responsibility assigned by the Head Office.

Key Requirements - Demonstrated ability to work in the field.

- Should have familiarity in lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral, in Hindi and English).
