Education Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering Experience:

15+ years of experience in facilities management, MEP maintenance, and construction/project management.

Experience managing multiple distributed facilities/sites.

Proven track record of delivering refurbishment, fit-out, and infrastructure upgrade projects.

Experience working with leased commercial properties is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.

Preventive maintenance and asset management.

Construction and refurbishment project management.

Vendor and contractor management.

Budgeting and cost control.

Safety and statutory compliance.

Language abilities

English and working knowledge of Hindi Competencies:

Solid project execution capability.

Commercial acumen and cost consciousness.

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Ability to manage multiple locations and competing priorities.
