Role & responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers on product selection, specifications, application and integration.

- Support customer design teams to achieve design-ins and design-wins, and track the number of design-wins that convert to commercial billing as a primary success metric.

- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, evaluations and proof-of-concepts.

- Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable components/solutions from the company's portfolio.

- Work with the sales team on technical aspects of opportunities, BOMs and cross-references.

- Liaise with principals/manufacturers' FAEs for technical queries, samples, FAQs and issue resolution.





- Troubleshoot field/application issues and provide root-cause analysis and corrective support.

- Conduct technical training for customers and internal sales teams.

- Stay updated on recent products, technologies and competitor offerings.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Strong electronics and application engineering knowledge

- Customer-facing technical communication and presentation

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability

- Ability to translate customer needs into solutions

- Willingness to travel for customer visits

- Collaboration with sales and principal teams
