Role Description The Field Business Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar, focused on growing and supporting HelpRush’s provider and customer network.

Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding local service providers, explaining platform processes and operating rules, and ensuring providers complete verification and training. The role involves meeting potential customers and partners, presenting HelpRush’s value proposition, collecting feedback from the field,



and sharing insights with internal teams to improve operations.

Field Business

Executives will monitor service quality, help resolve on-ground issues, support providers in using the platform, and contribute to local marketing and outreach activities.

Qualifications

- Solid business development and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage local service providers and customers.
- Experience in field sales, on-ground operations, or community outreach, preferably in services or technology platforms.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain structured processes and operating rules clearly.
- Basic digital literacy and comfort using mobile apps and online tools to manage onboarding, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet growth and engagement targets.
- Knowledge of the local Srinagar market and familiarity with everyday services sectors is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer support, vendor management, or service coordination is beneficial.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field.
