Key Responsibilities:

- Order Taking &
- POS Management

- Greet incoming guests promptly with a warm, energetic attitude.

- Accurately input custom orders into the POS system.

- Product Knowledge &

- Upselling

- Know the menu inside and out, including ingredients, dietary/allergen info and preparation styles.

- Make enthusiastic recommendations for sides, extra toppings, specialty sauces, drinks, and combo upgrades.

- Customer Service &

- Satisfaction

- Deliver attentive, friendly service to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

- Actively check in on seated guests to ensure they are enjoying their meal.

- Handle customer feedback or order mix-ups calmly and professionally, offering swift solutions to ensure total satisfaction.

- Operations &

- Cleanliness

- Keep the front counter, menu boards, and dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked with napkins, cutlery, and condiments.

- Coordinate closely with the kitchen/carving team to ensure fast order handoffs and minimize customer wait times.

- Assist with packaging takeaway and online delivery orders accurately.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
