A leading global technology organization in the Travel Technology / Online Travel industry is looking for an experienced Travel & Expense (T&E;) Analyst to join its Finance Shared Services team. The organization operates at a global scale, delivering technology-driven solutions and supporting employees across multiple regions.
Job Summary
The Travel & Expense (T&E;) Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and auditing employee expense reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls. The role also involves resolving employee queries, managing travel advances, performing reconciliations, and supporting continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and audit employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Resolve expense-related discrepancies and employee queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with global travel and expense policies.
- Analyze travel and expense data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform periodic audits and reconciliations of T&E; accounts.
- Manage travel advances and corporate card settlements.
- Provide training and guidance on travel and expense systems and policies.
- Support process improvements and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Travel & Expense (T&E;) processing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur and AppZen.
- Good understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP) processes.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- SAP Concur certification is an added advantage.
