Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Legal Executive to support the organization's legal and contract management functions. The candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements while ensuring legal compliance and mitigating contractual risks.

The ideal candidate should possess robust experience in handling Master Service Agreements (MSA/MSE), Vendor Agreements, IT Agreements, Pass-Through Agreements, NDA/NDS, and other business contracts. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and external parties to support the organization's legal and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and legal agreements.
- Handle Master Service Agreements (MSA/MSE), Vendor Agreements, IT Agreements, Pass-Through Agreements (PASS), NDA/NDS, and other customer contracts.
- Review contractual clauses related to confidentiality, indemnity,



limitation of liability, intellectual property rights, payment terms, and termination.
- Prepare legal notices, legal correspondence, resolutions, power of attorney documents, and related legal documentation.
- Support contract lifecycle management and maintain contract repositories.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate legal requirements.
- Coordinate with business teams on legal and contractual matters.
- Maintain legal records and provide support on corporate legal activities.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Additional qualification in BA/B.Com will be preferred.

Experience

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Legal and Contract Management.
- Experience in an IT/Software organization will be preferred.
