Could you be the full-time Industrialization Manager in India we're looking for

Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your process engineering and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful industrialization of our projects. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, engineering, and quality teams), deploying industrialization standards and methodologies and much more.
You'll specifically take care of defining and updating function procedures, way of working, and methodologies, but also supporting production by identifying specific method support needs and ensuring quality deliverables.

- Technical education background
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the railway, automotive, or aerospace industries
- Technical expertise in process engineering, manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, lean manufacturing, and BOM creation
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up
- Knowledge of quality, EHS standards, and ergonomics
- Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA)
- Experience with methodologies such as Process FMEA, QRQC, and 8D problem-solving
- Robust organizational and communication skills
