Profile: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) - Kotak Bank (Payroll)

Location: Neptune Elements, Thane West

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to promote Kotak 811 banking and insurance products.
- Explain product features and digital banking services.
- Generate leads, acquire customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Eligibility:

- Graduate with banking/sales experience (Freshers not eligible).
- Age: 20-31 years.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- BPO/Banking sales experience preferred.
- No employment gap exceeding 6 months.

Salary & Advantages:

- Up to 4.5 LPA CTC + incentives up to 35,000/month.
- Direct payroll with Kotak Mahindra Bank.
- Fixed shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
- 6 weekly offs/month (4 Sundays & 2 Saturdays).
- Training provided with performance-based career growth.
