Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef who is skilled in preparing Indian, Chinese, Continental, Thai, and Tandoor cuisines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality standards, managing the kitchen team, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and oversee the production of Indian, Chinese, Continental, Thai, and Tandoor dishes.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality.
- Maintain food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory, food stock, and kitchen supplies.
- Control food costs and minimize wastage.
- Train, guide, and motivate the kitchen team.
- Plan menus and introduce recent recipes as required.




- Coordinate with restaurant management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

Candidate Requirements:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.
- Expertise in Indian, Chinese, Continental, Thai, and Tandoor cuisines.
- Basic spoken English communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Thorough understanding of hotel and hospitality etiquette.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
