Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Negotiate offers with selected candidates to secure the best possible fit for both parties.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or non-IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of the IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
