- Conducting daily review of systematic & mandate registrations and rejections
- Work towards SIP business salvage by analyzing rejection trends, identifying root causes & taking proactive actions to retain SIP business
- Reviewing financial & non-financial transactions including regulatory compliance, quality checks and TATs
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholder including service providers and RTA
- Work on escalations from branches
- Monitor trigger reports w.r.t transaction processing and data clean-up
- Checking invoices of various service providers
- Undertaking any other tasks or assignments as may be required to support business objectives
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate
Having experience in Mutual Fund operations, preferably RTA Operations / Backend operations
