Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and monitor the cost accounting system.
- Prepare product costing, inventory valuation, and cost allocation reports.
- Analyze production, material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Identify and report cost variances against budget and standards.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to cost accounts.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to collect and validate cost data.
- Review manufacturing expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Ensure accuracy of cost records and compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare management reports and analysis for decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- Preferably qualified qualification or Inter in Cost Accounting / ICWA / CMA.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory accounting, and cost control.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
