Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

- Conduct technical training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments.
- Identify training needs through skill-gap analysis and performance reviews.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on practical training sessions.
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, practical assessments, and observations.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to improve technical competency.

Training Coordination

- Plan and schedule training calendars in coordination with department heads.
- Coordinate training logistics, including venues, equipment, attendance, and communication.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, certifications, and documentation.
- Track employee training completion and certification status.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external trainers when required.

Performance Monitoring

- Measure training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Analyze training outcomes and recommend continuous improvements.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports for management.
- Support quality initiatives by ensuring employees follow technical standards and best practices.

Process Improvement

- Standardize training processes and documentation.




- Ensure all training content reflects current technical standards and organizational procedures.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Compliance

- Ensure mandatory technical and compliance training is completed within defined timelines.
- Maintain audit-ready training documentation.
- Support internal and external audits related to training records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 25 years of experience in technical training, technical support, manufacturing, engineering, IT, or a similar role.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical learning programs is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent technical presentation and communication skills.
- Strong training and facilitation abilities.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
